BONELESS AND BAKED PORK RIB
The pork chops are first processed manually with salt and herbs. Subsequently cooked slowly in a steam oven. The slice, pink and delicate, expresses all the sweetness of the cut on the palate, releasing at the end a smoky note that characterizes this new Corrado Benedetti cooked process.

Ideal for filling rich focaccia and oven preparations. Excellent also often cut, cooked and served accompanied by a brown souce.
