Jellies of wine, beer, grappa and much more besides. Made with fabulous pure ingredients from our region: the king of wines Amarone della Valpolicella, Recioto, white wines… The raw ingredients are obviously of the very highest quality and the entire production process is carried out at Croce dello Schioppo using genuine artisan methods. Original and delicate, our jellies will amaze your guests, especially when served with our cheeses and cured meats.

Jellies

Jellies are made by heating the liquid – in this case products such as wine, beer etc – which loses its alcoholic content and concentrates its natural sugars. The result of the process is a solid and elastic product with unexpected and delicious flavours.

“AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG” JELLY

Complex and delicate, this jelly is a match for all our products conditioned in Amarone: Redivino, Bacchus, Cordivino, La Corposa, Deavina.

RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG JELLY

Try it with Monte Veronese of various ages, with blue cheese such as Veja, or with mascarpone, for a variety of flavours and colours.

WHITE PASSITO JELLY

More delicate than the other jellies and therefore ideal with Monte Veronese DOP with whole milk or from summer pastures, with Cimbro Classico or delicate mature cheeses. Lugana DOC Jelly is fresh and immediate, just like the wine used to make it, and it’s excellent with soft and tasty cheeses.

LUGANA DOC JELLY

This almost transparent jelly made from Lugana DOC takes its freshness and acidity from the wine. This characteristic makes it an ideal accompaniment for any fresh or semimature cheese.

GRAPPA JELLY

DARK BEER AND COCOA JELLY

Made by processing dark beer, this jelly is best with extramature cheeses, gorgonzola or goat’s cheeses.

CIDER AND MINT JELLY

A mild and delicate chutney. Try it with a semi-cured cheese or as an unexpected touch with a slice of speck.
