Monte Veronese DOP d’allevo

Monte Veronese “d’Allevo” DOP is made from semi-skimmed cow’s milk from one or two successive milkings. The black outer coating identifies the wheels of Monte Veronese d’Allevo with the longest ageing period. This product is a Slow Food Presidium.
How to enjoy it
In flakes on a classic soft polenta.
