Nascondino extra

conditioned in Lugana


The grapes used for conditioning are of the Turbiana variety, used to produce Lugana DOC, while the selected cheese is made solely from whole cow’s milk. Like the larger version, Nascondino Extra conditioned
in Lugana DOC remains in contact with the moist grape skins before being sprinkled with Lugana wine. The result is an explosion of mischievous and appetising aromas and flavours, with a contrast of mild and spicy, mellow and alcoholic.

How to enjoy it

In chunks, accompanied by a flowery mountain honey.
