BLUE CHEESE AGED IN CHOCOLATE AND RUM
Nobile is a cheese with a very complex structure, its character is decisive and marked. It undergoes a slight seasoning before coming into contact with the aromas that will characterize its refinement. The result is a cheese with a strong character, indicated at the end of a meal paired with liqueur and alcoholic wines.
To be tasted at the end of a meal or as a meditation cheese, alone or combined with a rum jelly.
Minimum ageing 6 months.
Aged in chocolate and rum.
