Classic and traditional, this is remix of soppressa and uses similar meats, but in a different form. The smaller diameter allows Salame dello Schioppo to yield its moisture in a different way. The result is ﬂavours that develop as the curing proceeds. Now available in two versions: classic or mild without garlic.
How to enjoy it
Excellent freshly sliced and paired with our mixed pickled vegetables in sweet and sour or extra virgin olive oil.
