Whole milk Monte Veronese DOP


“Whole-milk” Monte Veronese DOP is made with whole cow’s milk from one or two consecutive milkings; hence the dialect term “Monte”. The other part of the name refers to the production area: the Veronesi hills and mountains whose aromas are concentrated in the milk used to make this cheese. Its is highly suited to ageing and its flavour develops over time.

How to enjoy it

Cut into small dice and mixed with vegetables to enhance a tasty frittata.
